What is the key to achieving your ultimate bodyfit dream?

Essentially it is simple, work every muscle of your body, increase your weights, add in a bit of cardio and bish, bash, bosh you're done...right? We all know it's a bit more complicated than that, and with so much information flooding the marketplace it's hard to know where to start. So let's begin with what is fitness? 


Fitness is a word summarising an individual's total physiological and psychological state. It comprises a number of components including body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility.


So why, when we all know that there are SO many benefits to exercising, do we all too often not bother? We all know we should do it, but we don't.  Well it's mainly because we don't know what we are doing, so the fear of failure stops us from even starting. Of course, there are a number of ways of taking exercise, and regular attendance at a gym or exercise class is a great thing to do. 


But we don't have to go that far to get back in shape.


Throughout 2020 and 2021, I only exercised at home. Gyms were shut, I had no choice. In this time I managed to regain my pre-pregnancy weight and figure, build muscle, lose body fat, and all without a commercial gym. 


How?


By adjusting the way I viewed exercise and my own relationship with fitness; by understanding the fundamentals and creating a programme that I know works for me! 


There is a lot to take in, which is why I have created bespoke workout plans and transformation programmes to take the hard work out! (well almost all the hard work....)
